Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

You can learn a great deal about your surroundings just by looking carefully and asking critical questions. Visual literacy and ‘learning to look’ helps children understand the built environment, their neighborhoods and themselves. Through inquiry-based questioning, children can see and appreciate their surroundings in a more meaningful way. Session will include how to incorporate visual literacy into classrooms and the art of question asking.
